If the item is faulty or not as advertised, we will replace or give you a full refund once item is returned.

Freight insurance ($15) is optional and advisable against loss or damage.

Otherwise you will not be covered (micro dints and scratches are excluded).

Please note that we are not able to deliver to PO Box numbers If you want your item delivered to a post office please make arrangements with your post office first.
